With 35+ years of nursing experience, I created Tenderness for Nurses as a space where nurses and other healthcare and allied health practitioners feel seen and supported. Through honest conversations, practical resources, and tools to prioritise your wellbeing, I help you navigate the challenges of this demanding profession without losing yourself in the process.
Each week, I unpack the real issues affecting us all – from self-care strategies to professional growth and the emotional toll of caregiving. Every episode features candid discussions and insights from incredible guests making an impact in healthcare, leadership, and advocacy.
